I am going to be making a video of me leaarning how to professional decorate a cake from my grandma, a former cake decorator. I will show that I am successful by making multiple videos and cakes to show how I have improved.
I will be making a cake recipe. I will show I am successful by making multiple cakes until the recipe is perfect. Then I will bring a few into class for you to try.
Project #2- Contact a Business Owner
I am going to e-mail a professional cake maker and business owner. I will be asking them questions about baking and running their own business. I will show I am successful by posting my conversation with a business owner on my website.
